When I pulled the motor out, it was still running strong with no bad signs but the oil that was obviously getting by the rings. I've been thinking strong about keeping it, but right now I could use the money.

Just throwing this out there, selling one of my old VQ motors that I toasted a ring in. low Comp. pistons, rods, and head/main studs.
