awesome. i wish i had a powdercoating rig :( on your welding ..do you have an auto darken mask? if not it makes a HUGE difference in keeping your place/spacing. heat and speed are good to play with, also the actual distance of the wand tip from the metal will make a bigggg difference in the puddle a...

yea. i figured that'd get twisted..

try turning up the heat setting on the welder to get a little more penetration and it will smooth out. play with the speed too.. i taught myself to weld almost 10 yrs ago now, keep at it you'll figure out the tricks.
