Drift Atlanta Footage on Speed Channel!

While watching the speed world challenge this morning over breakfast, they did a 5 minute segment on drift atlanta! They showed drifting footage, car show footage, and of course the Speed World Challenge footage. Too bad all the cars in the show that were aired were nasty [the crx with the cotton under it, and some huge SUV's and trucks]. They did show Josh's Integra [from team eci...the blue one]. The drifting footage was of the motorex Z, the discount tire falken car, and the miata [with the driver who couldn't drift it!].

My cable company where I live [smack in the middle of downtown ATL aka paradise in the ghetto] doesn't carry Speed, so I have to leech off of Andy and Hooman. I'm probably going to cancel cable anyways when I move to my new apt [which is 9 doors down the hall from my present place].

I liked SPEED right up until NASCAR bought it out

Now, it never fails....everytime I turn to that channel they are rerunning a NASCAR race from 3 weeks ago!

But, if I stay up to about 1 or 2 am I might be lucky enough to catch some WRC.

Ooh did you catch wrx tonight? Petter Solberg rocked it again taking FOERST at the acropolis rally! tons of dirt drifting, wrecks, and most importantly--MUD:)
