Schedule for Saturday October 15th 2011
7:00 gate opens for registered drivers. As you enter get your Drivers packet at registration. It contains your pre paid Drivers Wristband and any crew tickets you purchased online. If you have more crew than tickets, purchase them now at the gate. $10 per person, Under 12 free.
As you enter, pit on the right if you are an S 2 Sponsor or Vendor :

Unload and proceed to the tech inspection area. Park Non support vehicles across the street, Strictly enforced!
7:00 - 8:30 Tech Inspection - get your tech pass sticker and the approved sticker then go park.
9:00 SHARP!!!! Drivers Meeting by the PA System. All must attend!
9:30 All Military Veterans to pre grid for opening ceremony
9:45 Opening Ceremony, Kodak moment in the making! After completion T 1 to Grid , T 2 to pits
10:00 Begin T 1 Session
10:00 - 6:00 Run Group Rotation.
We are doing timed run groups, 20 Minutes. For the FOERST 15 minutes of your run group you will be sent on course with a green flag. Run the course and get back in line.
The last 5 minutes of your run group you will get a White flag indicating this is your last lap of this session, Run your lap then proceed to the pits after exiting course.
The next group will be sent to grid when the FOERST car in the previous group gets the red flag.
Groups will rotate through 4 times instead of three.
Be in pre stage 15 minutes prior to your run group times. You will be sent to grid 5 minutes before the start time of your session. Snooze you loose! No make up laps.
We have the 1 spin rule in effect. Spin once = continue. Second spin proceed to the exit without drifting or burning out. This only wastes your time and reduces the run count of your group. Groups are small so we should get tons of seat time in. Don't waste it.
You will be given a copy of the run group session times in your drivers packet. PAY ATTENTION TO IT! Run groups will be called to pre stage. No "Special Invitations" if you miss your run group.
Hint: Have your car well prepared for the event.
Check your tires after your runs and change them immediately if needed.You only have about 1 hour before you have to be headed back to
TEAM TANDEM PRACTICE
Choose some partners. 3 car tandem practice. Tandem approved drivers only, Cages and fire suits required.
Note; fire suits are not required for 2 car tandem.
Note: Fire suits are highly recommended for all drivers.
