I could be wrong but I found more then one Rx7 Fan page that called them the fc2s, I'm tring to find the page that had the whole time line of the perduction for the FC's for you guys.

Well I wasn't able to find the web page, So i'm without proof I guess i'm wrong, It made sense the way they explaned it was in 1983 the started the Rx-7 gen two project, cooly named Project P747, then to protypes were named FC1S, and the 1985-1989 were the FC2s, and the 1990-1992 were the FC3s. But Like I said before I can find the web page, The guy may have been talking out his ass. It sounded resanable.

thanks for clearing that up man. i know that there weren't any FC's made in '92 but they were still sold then until they released the FD as far as i know.
WOW!! you guys still arguing over the fc2 fc3, Do you know where they get those?? Its in your vin number, so as far as i know its FC3. Never seen a FC2 in the second gen. vin.
