Hey i am not fameliar with thies cars but i found a relativly low miles and very slick 87 Mitsubishi Starion it is the intercooled turbo ESI-R? i think thats right i was just wondering if anyone know about these cars. I am also looking at a dodge spirt turbo, and dodge omni glh turbo, orrr i have found a turbo chevy sprint turbo AKA a turbo 3cyl metro. lol i just need a new toy and i can not stand anything normal.

I knew of the starion but desided to look up some info, thats a good tid bit about the Starion, very hot car, very original.

And out of all of those cars you found it looks like the Starion is the only one that is RWD.. That alone should be the Deciding Factor..

Just my 2 cents.

The very FOERST carshow I ever entered (when I was a wee lad), I lost out to a Starion. I still love those cars. The bodylines have SO much muscle.
*Not as much as MY muscles... but still a helluva lot!

I say snag the Starion & never look back!

AHHAHAAHAH its mine all mine and i love it. I bought the starion this morning and slide i slideways all the way home, and it was good. I would post some pics of it on here but i am to stupid to lol.

yes, his was an '85 model which was the "flatside" body style and had the non-intercooled turbo engine with a little different fuel injection setup (smaller injectors). i actually know the guy that owns that very car now :).

oh, and any questions on the starion/conquest twins go to http://www.starquestclub.com and surf around, lots of good info. and if you're bored here's my last project before the S13 i have now

i had a 87 i owned for a months then sold then the rebuilt motor threw a bearing... it never ran right but if it did. should be really fun
