Thanks, I was done switching parts within a week, but the extra stuff took some more time.

PS, I also had to swap the gas tanks....also, every rusty looking bolt I saw, I changed. A rear brakeline was rusted and would not come loose, so I had to use the one from the red car. northern cars are a pain....

Cody said you know your stuff when it comes to KA-T setups. What turbo, fuel, ecu setup are you running anyway? I want to go KA-T eventually.

WOW, that is too tooo rad to see you're back up and running. I recognize Damien's ol' fender! :D It warms my heart to see people pitching in to help with the rebuild like that.

Now... get to STL and kick some arse!

I only had a second to corner weight the new car tonight and here are the numbers for those interested. It was pretty close, so I left the settings here without any adjustment. Not all the sound deadning was removed. This car had leather and an automatic tranny, so maybe its heavier from the beginning. Maybe its the extra bars on the cage. My red car was 2780lbs with me in it.

ME IN THE CAR(lbs):
front left=844 front right=807
left rear=687 right rear=616

front=1654 55.9%
rear=1299 44.1%
Diagonal=1461 49.5%

total=2952

ME NOT IN THE CAR(lbs):
front left=773 front right=790
left rear=618 right rear=585

front=1563 56.5%
rear=1203 43.5%
Diagonal=1358 49.1%

total=2766

Getting an alignment tomorrow, those settings are classified....hehe

Sorry, I have to take a second and plug my sponsor S&W Racecars ( http://www.swracecars.com ), after all they busted ass on mothers day to put the cage in for me.

I got a price on the cage that is in my car for those who were asking.

With a standard single sidebar on both the driverside and the passengerside, sloping down like my passengerside. Its $590 plus shipping, shipping to Atlanta is $100.

With the nascar style sidebar, its $75 more.

You will get all the pieces already bent and longer than you need. You measure and cut, then notch and spot weld. I can help anyone who needs it, as I did the FOERST cage myself in my garage with my mig welder. I obviously did ok, cause the cage saved my life/legs. Honestly, had it been an autopower cage, I would not be walking right now, that I am 100% sure of seeing as the car hit directly at the firewall straight at my feet.

These guys can make it and ship it pretty quick.
