boi oh boi. being a ford family member (my family likes fords i'm not a ford although i wouldn't mind the money i just don't like the lions but oh well) i say it's about damn time. but it's also sad. i might be mistaken but doesn't one of the "drifting schools" use mustangs already. i saw one at nopi and whoever was driving was walking it around the course nicely. i say if it's fr or awd then it belongs sideways. i say this driving an ff car but hey i kid can dream right. i wonder if ford will sponsor a drift crown vic(my bro would love that). it looks more like drifting is gettin more and more like skateboarding. (sponsors sponsoring sponsors sponsoring kids who have mad skillz yo) which is awesome cause i'm a big fan of that and i can't really skate either. more sponsors also means that it takes some of the old school grass roots appeal, but maybe that's what this sport needs. too many people around campus "drift" around the dorms when it rains and frankly it's gettin kinda dangerous. it seems to me that too many people are going "oh man that looks so easy i can do that" and then they hit a curb or flip their truck. that's right my buddy flipped his truck last weekend. but that happens. ROCK ON!! oh and ken is awesome so he totally deserves this and that car looks awesome. i can't wait for rado and the taco X nobody likes that other bandwagoning punk padalapis oh and gm has the holden i mean the gto and they shouldn't drift the vette they should drift the drop top caddy xlr (i hope that's it) ok sweet ROCK ON!! That mustang is so hot. Gm needs to get a hint and get the new GTO looking like the Old GTO. I mean you can't judge out a new GTO it would look stupid in Orange. I have added the mustang to the list of car I will own... some day

the new GTO isn't even a GTO. It was a car that GM already had in circulation in Europe. All they did was drop a new motor in and rebadge it. It's nothing more than a Grand Prix on steroids IMHO.

I thought they just restyled the front end to "Pontiac-Spec" and called it a day. It was originally a Holden Monaro (Australian, I beleive) (click here). I would have loved if Holden themselves dropped the bomb over here. Those cars are pretty bad-assed! I want to say I remember them doing quite well in the Super GT series... but don't quote me on that.

Yes the Monaro did well in racing and it is a good car, Pontiac is charging way to much for it though it is not a pricy car elswere i hate it when companies do that like the Acura tsx is just a acrod in every other country exept ours but here its a fancy acura???

just my opinion but I hate mustangs, I call them b-stangs. Because something like 90% of mustang owners are female. And ford has obviously noticed this too, I think that's why they restyled it to resemble the older ones.
