basically solid axle cars either run leaf springs or something like a 4 link setup. the 4 links control the travel of the axle and the springs support the car. most hachi setups are unequal length due to the shape of the bottom of the car, so to have the more desireable equal length bars you have to creat a boxed area for the upper bars to mount/travel in.

Rear 4-link..It's a hardcore modification because it requires cutting in to the actual frame of the car, and requires welding as well. Not for the regular amateur to install since it's not a bolt on part per-se.

yeah it started off awesome. that cage is one of the few cages i've seen done right in awhile. then they put those stupid spacers on the front subframe. mad whack dogg.

an adjustable stock replacement is a bolt in affair, but if you want to go equal length 4-link it's a whole hell of a lot more work like he said.

that's basically the same thing this car has, it's just he had his custom made rather than buy the kit.
