I would definitely recommend. But expect to be wrecked after the FOERST half-hour. The yelp reviews ring true. Don't buy more than an hour. 15 minutes in and we were all beet-red, sweaty heaps. We just kinda panted for the last half-hour amid lame attempts to not feel old.
