this was in the parking lot here at work a few weeks ago. it's not a trike, those are training wheels. the woman that rides it is about 4'11".

When I was in Orange Beach for my honeymoon last weekend, I saw a couple of these parked outside one of the restaurants we went to. The people DEFINITELY weren't in wheel chairs. I also saw some weird very BMW-esque 3 wheeled vehicle. I would call it a bike, but it looked like it had a steering wheel, and where the rider/driver would sit was mostly enclosed. Having a hard time finding a picture of it though.
