Wow, that's horrible. Here we can drive around with all the windows fiberglassed over and painted matte black and the cops can't mess with us. My front license plate is tilted to the point you can barely read it heads on, and no cop has ever given me grief about it here.

Then again, a brand new Legacy is 50 grand USD. Import taxes suck. At least it's JDM, shipped straight from Japan.

Chicago's meter maid population makes up about 42% of the population I think. They're EVERYWHERE. It's even worse than when I lived in Savannah where they had the little three wheel golf-cart thingies. Here they don't even need those because there's like three assigned to every city block.

And I don't know where the money goes either cuz the roads here are SHIT.
