yep, that's a good point - unfortunately no where else is room for the s/cMaudite wrote: I dislike very much the supercharger over the exhaust manifold. the miata was like that, the SC would get heat soaked quick.
on the other side: a few people i know have this kit installed - without any heating problems
maybe i'll put those... don't know the word in english ... ties/ribbons (??) on the mainfold to keep the temp down at the engine bay...

header wrap is what I think you are searching for...

works well, but I have heard of some steel headers rusting from the inside out.

some grunt for your stunts. what kind of gains are you expecting with it?
::::: understeer is definitely a crime - Colin McRae
did some testdriving today
i love how smoothly the charger develops the power - a turbo-punch would be cool too, but i think its not so easy to control that at corners/drifting
next point on the plan is to get the kit tuv approved, otherwise i could get problems with my car-insurance, tax defraudation, etc...
after that, 'illegal' modding can begin
oh, and i definitely have to get a new front bumper - as you can see on the last pic, the intercooler doesn't get much air
