Adam and I have decided on a trip to Highland Park in the near future. Haven't set a date for which weekend yet but if anyone is interested in joining let me know.

I've just heard of some places requiring a license or equivalent riding experience before they'll let you rent from them. Both on and off-road.

If that's the case I'm definitely interested.

It's a good time. Highland park has a better trail system in my opinion compared to Durhamtown and everything is one-way. All of their trails are marked for difficulty and they have plenty of easier loop trails that are basically jeep trail width or wider.

Might I also add that the bikes at HP are much higher end yet less expensive to rent. KTM's are badass machines.

AND at least last time I was there I didn't have to wash my own bike dead tired at the end of the day ;)

Anyone want to suggest a date? My only definite no is the weekend of the 22nd since I'll be out of town, otherwise I'm good to go. I believe I've recruited Brantley to come ride as well so it'll be a good group.

I'm always down for motor scootering in the dirt, and the prime times are September-October. I'm almost always able to ride every Sunday, and every other Saturday. Highland park is great place, well maintained, trails are marked for difficultly, and ktm's are bad ass machines. I usually ride there a lot during the hunting season to not piss of the hunters while outlaw riding.

I wish I could get in on this but time and money are short, crappy work hours right now, and paying off CC debt.
