Re: Import Alliance July 17th
I'm thinking about riding out with Greg (Bucell). Not to drive obviously, but just to check it out and hang out with some TN friends for the weekend.

Re: Import Alliance July 17th
Hey guys, I just wanted to try to clear the air a little.
Tennessee Drift did have the issue at the NSS. We can't explain enough that it was an isolated issue that could have happened to any organization. But, it didn't. It happened to us. We don't know who did it. We can't change it. All we can do is move foreward. We have improved our entire way of handling events. We have better security, better organization, and we still are able to keep it loose and fun for everyone.
We want to appologize for everything that was said out of anger and frustration back when it all went down. We really shouldn't have said anything. We are sorry for any hurt feelings or problems we caused anyone. We do promise to handle ourselves more professionally in the future.
The Import Alliance guys have our back. Ron, Omari, and Don have really been great. They have a great reputation for doing things right. They wouldn't be having us there if they thought it would be a problem. We're not a bunch of idiots. We have fixed the problems. Please give us another chance. You won't be disappointed.
The bottom line is you guys shouldn't miss out on getting to drive this course for only $100 or whatever. Especially if you're planning on driving in SEDA's pro-am coming up there. This will be a great time to practice for that. It's a great facility and you'll never get the chance to drive it this cheap again.
When you hear something wierd about Tennessee Drift, don't be afraid to call me personally and ask if it's true or not. (615) 974-4209 Barry
I would love to hear feedback from some of you guys that have been doing this for a long time. We want Tennessee Drift to grow here in Tennessee. The Atlanta scene is huge! We want to help grow the Nashville scene. We need your support to do that.
I'm just trying to help drifting. We all love drifting. Let's all work together. And like I said, call me personally if you have any questions of problems. I will be glad to talk to anyone about anything that will help drifting.
I hope this helps and I hope to see you guys driving on July 17th!

any news on a drivers list? I assume that it hasn't sold out. I still plan on making it but I wont be registering for a minute.

I'm actually meeting with Ron in a day or two. I need to know how many cars to be prepared for myself. As soon as I know something I'll post it up.
