Working on it and some improvements to Lanier. Trying to get them to pave that huge parking lot( Without Walls) where they park the spectators. It's pretty huge.

They are seeing that they can generate a crowd, 500+ last event. So they are more open to improvements. They have to make money to spend money. And were showing them they can make money.

The parking area is 1300 + feet by 350+ feet as compared to Turners 850+ feet by 360+ feet

i had a blast at the one i got a chance to drive in...even it was for only 4 laps it was still fun as hell. a bit un-nerving drifting up and at walls, especially considering my past, which adds to the challenge. personally cant wait to attend another one and this time for the full event. my only issue right now is wanting to get a proper photoshoot of the car done before i hit anything else. once thats out of the way i can beat the hell out of it

Looks like I'm late to the party... but everyone else seems to have said about everything. I for one... DEFINITELY appreciate your efforts! I don't have the money to be drifting right now... and my car is broken again - so I'm down for the count (again).

That being said... Lanier scares the shit out of me just like Gresham, so I don't want to drive. I do want to get up there to hang out though!!! Sometimes I feel like my life gets so busy I can't even keep up.

I'll try and get up to hang at the next one!

I don't have a car.
I live a million miles away from everyone now (and a million and a half from any tracks).
I feel like I'm constantly working.
I miss all of you terribly.
I had a good time spectating/announcing/whatnot at the one event I did make it all the way up for.
I really am sorry I didn't respond to your threads.
I hope you know now that you are VERY appreciated, Howard, by everyone in the local "community".

Howard,

I still want to drive at Lanier. I've been taking the time off to get caught up on bills and take some vacations with the wife. Something that I haven't done enough of lately cause all my money was going to drifting. I'm looking froward to driving again next year!!!

Thank you for your efforts!!! If there is anything I can do to help please let me know!!

I'm house poor, I don't have a car, or a bike anymore, just a shiny daily driver.

I wanna get back into it next year if possible.

Howard, you kick-ass!!! And I'm just a lazy, chickenshit. You know I say it like it is, and those are the facts. There's not one person, that I can think of, in the Atlanta area who has given more time and effort to drifting than you! I'm pretty sure we all thank you for all of your efforts, we just ass umed you knew it.
