Latest PM from homeboy, not sure what to make of it. I dont want a dedicated pistol course at all, but I guess thats what he is moving towards? What do yall think? Would just hate to spend 125 bux learning pistol fundamentals.

I just got in from out of town so thats why I have not had a chance to reply.

Lets do this, an Intermediate style pistol course that has carbing/shotgun portion inserted so everyone has something covered and can work on all fundamentals. As far as the rifle range goes, that is something I dont see being able to put in due to time constraints and the 200-300 section is being worked on at the Sheriffs Dept, so if he wants a course, it is really an all day to two day course for long range precision shooting uncless he knows already about "dope" the scope etc.

Let me know what you guys think, check out the website and list of courses and I can take a portion of each, but if you all really want to improve in skill set, it should be a designated discipline

Yea, I'm with you on that. I'd like to get a little pistol time in on whatever course we do but it's towards the bottom of my list. Hmmm.

If it's just gonna be pistol/carbine I'll pass.

I can just sign up for a multigun/carbine match and get the same amount of practice for 1/5 the cost.

I was under the impression that it was going to be more oriented towards precision rifle/carbine stuff.

Maybe I just completely misunderstood the plan along the line to this point. My bad if I did.

Its no worries, I just PM'ed him and said maybe another time. Got that 3gun match on the 7th and a kayaking thing the weekend of the 13th, busy month anyway. Let me know if you want to hit up that match at Creekside, got that extra shotgun you can use if you want.
