You could probably snag some lunch trays from a fuddruckers or burger king, etc. The metal gratings can usually be found in neighborhoods over the water meters in front of houses.

Oooh, the Fuddruckers trays would work well... those are the thick fiberglass-style trays. I'll keep an eye out for those plastic covers too.

there is a fuddruckers right by my casa. Ill jack a couple hopefully 2nite and see if I can test them out.

we did this in my roomates accord last year, it was pretty funny :). unfortunately we didn't have a camera handy but we do have a ton of trays left over if anyone ever needs them (i think we grabbed about 16 or so from behind wal mart and only used a few).
