Ok i am selling my vw it is an 89 golf 1.8. I will list all the spares and what not on here. The asking price is 500$ its worth that just for parts.

THE GOOD
1) It has a high compresion 1.8 liter motor. 120hp and 125f/t punds tourque
2)It is light waight i think it was around 1900lbs
3)It is a factory no A/C car and no power streing car. Some guy told me if i ever parted the car out he would give me 200$ for those brackets becaus they are a rare item.
4)Good strong gti transaxle
5)Set of y type SFI up to date harneses
6)5 spare 13" tyers and wheels
7)A full set of 14" steel wheels.
8)It has a set of rare BMW 318is light waight alloys on it now
9)new bogie turbo gas shocks
10)new watter pump
11)stripped inteior
12)The motor has the digifont ignition and fuel injection. Worth 500$ alone
13)I know i am leaving some parts of but i think i got the juest of it.
14) Brand new battery

WHAT IT NEEDS.
1)A good front end alighnment.
2)May need a stering rack bushing.
3)Clutch needs adjusting.

If you were up here I'd take it as a beater. Gonna have to argue the weight issue though, more like 2200 lbs. Is 300 lbs a big difference? It is to a Miata owner

lol i know a lot of miata owners it may still be around 2200lbs i think that is what it was stock i was just questemating i took 300lbs worth of crap out of it. nobody the clutch works fine no sliping it just comes out a little late. It is not hydralic so it has a cable adjuster "thingymabob" It just never botherd me that much.

OK the VW is now $400 firm what do you say anyone want it. Also i have a y type SFI aporved harness for sell to or if you buy the VW i will through it in for free so your pasanger can be snug in the seat to.

A guy from abalambala who herd it was for sale at the last rallyx. I got $400 for it.
