Re: Looking for a 240 near Georgia
congrats!!!!!!!!!!!!!
i am now going to post "the formula" as i understand it.
s13+coilovers+adjustable rear suspension arms+ a good clutch+a locking or locked diff+ 215/40/17 front tires+215/40/17 rear tires = drift car
drift car+bucket seat+ "deep corn" steering wheel+ tein tie rods= drift race car
drift race car+ sr20det+2871+550 injectors+PowerFC+cage+235/40/17 rear tires= competitve drift race car
how does my formula look? i go straight to 17 inch tires because they are usually as cheap or cheaper than 15s and there are more tires available. feel free to start adding dress up items once you get past the drift car stage. some people will tell you that you need to gut your interior but i'm going to say it's not worth it. you might want to remove the rear seat so you can fit more wheels in the hatch but if you're buying new tires for events(which i highly recommend) you should only need an extra pair of wheels. that is until you get to competitive drift race car stage but by then you should be trailering you car to events.

Re: Looking for a 240 near Georgia
i want to keep the interior nice and clean, coilovers and fix leaks are top on my list, let me ask...
when i start the car it seems a lil hesitant and lights seem to dim slightly ( i am thinking weak battery?) and i have to give it a lil gas and it starts fine and runs strong, any ideas on what this might be?

Throw a volt meter on it. FOERST guess would be old battery or weak alternator.
