Cheap fixed gear bike (Byron or QC, get this!)
SOLD!
Posting this up for Wooley but he gave me a bit of info...
It's a vintage Italian Atala lugged frame, size 52 (which is typically fairly small, however he says it actually fits him really well and he's somewhat tall). He did a DIY fixed gear conversion on it (pretty sure he welded the rear cassettes which is sorta ghetto but works), but you could get a nice pair of colorful track wheels for like $140 or so and make the whole thing pretty classy. Also stripped all the paint for the sorta rat rod look, but he can get it painted professionally for a bit more. He wants $150 for it and says he'll put new tires on it too. jwooley [at] s3mag.com or PM me if you're interested and I'll get you his number.

Haha, that reminds me of this shot I saw on bikeforums the other day:

I think my Republic frame is a bit too big for me, probably gonna grab this.

And if everything works out and I harvest the hardware from the Republic, I'll have a frame I can sell for cheap for someone that can ride a 54 more comfortably than me and build it up.

Haha, awesome!
Shawn, if you get the Republic frame and need some components for it hit me up! I think I've got a set of drop bars, FSA crankset, MKS pedals, maybe a saddle or two, and a random boring front wheel lying around, I'll make some deals!
