Other Concerns :

Slot Availability:
If all 10 slots are filled and we manage to cover all vehicles writhen the arranged time, considering the crew is up for it, and there are vehicles available to shoot, we will continue shooting until we get tired. We would like to be able to offer you a CD that includes all high-res images from all photographers that are planning on attending, but due to the nature of the scheduling and the amount of photographers we cannot guarantee that a particular photographer will get the opportunity to shoot your vehicle or that that particular photographer would be willing to give up the rights to all images captured during the event.

A low resolution image compilation CD featuring all selected and edited shots of all cars in production will be available per request at a later date once each photographer has had the opportunity to review and submit their works to AutomotivePhoto for review and compilation to be made available for downloading on AutomotivePhoto.com

Models:
If there is modeling talent available to you on the day of production and you would like for them to attend the shoot with your club or vehicle/s, or if you know any models that are interested in adding to their portfolios, we will be offering our photography services to them in exchange for their time and this would be an excellent opportunity for them to get some professional studio work in their portfolios.

Property & Model Release:
Upon roll in, each vehicle's rightful owner and any participating models will be asked to sign a property release form that will authorize all involved photographers and the video producer and their assigns, licensees, successors in interest, legal representatives, and heirs to copyright, publish, and use in all forms and media and in all manners for advertising, trade, promotion, exhibition, or any other lawful purpose, the use of any and all images and motion video produced during the entire production. If you have objections to the release, depending on the importance of your individual case, a new release may be customized to better suit your needs but this is not likely.

Cleaning preparation and detailing procedures:
Each vehicle owner will be responsible for the preparation and detailing of their own vehicles prior to their assigned slot time. There will be a hose available for your usage and it's usage will be based upon slot priority. Their will be plenty of hands around to assist in detail preparation for the shoot but you are strongly suggested to bring your own detailing supplies and towels. The photographer you have selected to shoot your vehicle will give your car an inspection before being rolled onto the cyc for shooting. If the photographer determines that the vehicle is not suitable for shooting, your time slot will be rolled back and the person behind you will be given the opportunity to fill your slot considering their vehicle is prepped and ready for inspection.
