SEDA/Batlground Dyno Day : Jan 23

Post by Rhoad Racing »

The Official date for the Dyno Day has been moved back to the 23rd due to the Drift event in VA.. I want to go to the event as much as everyone else. Which will make it hard for everyone to make it back to ATL in time for the Dyno Day.

We will need a list of everyone that is planning on Dynoing their car. We will be able to dyno 40 cars and we will begin promptly at 10 am.
We will have pre-registration so that the participants can have a time slot prior to the dyno day. The order in which you register does not necessarily guarantee the order in which you will dyno. The cars will be grouped (grouping makes the strapping down of the cars go faster) and time slots will be posted no later than Friday, January 21st. If you miss your time slot, you will be pushed back to the end of the line. No refunds on pre-registration.

If you do not pre-register, there will be stand-by slots. To sign up for stand-by slots, you must be there between 9:30 and 9:45. Those people on stand-by will be given a number and will be able to dyno after the registered cars. If you show up after 9:45, you may still able to dyno, time permitting.
This is an AWD Dyno so we can accomodate everyone. There is unfortunately a price difference between the 2WD and AWD's because of the extra time it takes to strap down an AWD I was told.. So I worked out a Deal and we came up with $35 for the 2WD's and $45 for the AWD's. Plus a measley $3 more for Y-Band. If you decide to use the Y-band then just pay Dan or Tracy at the time of your Arrival. It's a pretty good deal I think!! Especially for the AWD guys.

If you want to Pre-Reg to guarantee your spot then just send your money to SEDA the same as you did for Membership Payments. BUT, make sure that you put *DYNO DAY* in the Subject Title and in the Message section so that it's not confused as another Membership payment.. Also we will need: Your Name, Car Type and Engine Type. That way we can get everyone in the right grouping. Send your Pre-Registration through http://www.paypal.com to rsims20@bellsouth.net.

OK.. Now for the List.. Send me a PM or just post up here if you're gonna be Dynoing.. We need a show of hands..

yep.....it was supposed to be SEDA Charter Members only, but the support isn't really there. So we are opening the doors for everyone. We need atleast 10 cars to Dyno in order for this to happen. If not, then it will turn into a Meet at Andretti or StarTime.

I'm down! Last time my clutch went out on the dyno - so I didn't get a solid run. Maybe my brakes'll let me get a good number this time around. Who knows, lol.

So it's Sunday?
