They're regular old flat black, the pic makes them look a little brighter. Same finish as these:
I was originally sold on paint as I'm not really into the black/black combo (in most cases), still trying to make up my mind for sure though. The finish is quite nice and I've thought about trying to make them stand out with some sort of colored accent (maybe a wild colored spoke or stripe or something, or colored lugnuts/calipers), might give that a try with vinyl before I commit to paint as it'd be pretty much free.
There's always this look for motivation to keep them as is too, haha...one of the few cars that I think really pulls off the black on black look.
