Wow that set up was weird with it in the parking lot! I seriously think we got spoiled with Drift Atlanta being at Road Atlanta.

Glad to see Tony and Taka repped it there! Do you have the entire place listing other than Hubinette winning? I'm curious!

Pics look good wish I could make all these events. It may be the angles of the pics but it looks like maybe Houston didn't have the turn out that Atlanta did. And yes Road Atlanta is a better venue.

The one of the two chicks fighting is hot. I have WOOD, i can't get up from my desk right now hahahahaha. it's my new wallpaper at work

and nobody, ken gushi took 2nd and chris forsberg got 3rd (or so i read earlier this week on drifting.com)

Yeah... I agree. We'll have to wait for more pictures to surface... but it looked much much smaller scale-wise than Atlanta. Maybe that's some incentive to come back sooner!

The more I hear of venues dropping drift events... and how difficult it is to get a venue to even consider a drift event, the more respect I gain for Road Atlanta. I heard one of the announcers at DriftAtlanta say it... and he hit the nail on the head... "Road Atlanta REALLY stepped it up by adding the drift section in the 10a/10b Turn complex".

its not that great, its an 8 year old Canon Elan II, i just know how to work it, i wish i had the money to go digital slr, i missed some good photo ops while i was changing film :cry:

those do look good!
and yea, i really want a digital SLR too. i have a pretty nice sony 717 right now and came extremely close to buying a nikon D70 but right when i was about to go through with it my engine blew which took that money instead :(.
