so i ditched class a little early and decided to go to work with the ol' black spray paint today
. i hit up my Z32 wheels with some gloss black which i think turned out real nice, however my masking job around the lip area was a little shady and i have to go back and fine tune it a little. from a distance, i'm really happy with it though and here are a couple of quick crappy shots just to get the point across. once it's back together, i'll do another nice photoshoot (everyone's welcome to tag along too) and get some good shots.
oh, and the note of putting it together, i did get my greddy intake plenum, greddy oil filter relocation kit, and blitz turbo timer in saturday so now i'm just waiting on my oil pan and head gasket and i'll be good to go
.
anyhow, the pics...

Looking really good Cody. Wheels look nice. So far have you done anything to the red top? Have you removed it or anything?

haha...thanks ian
.
and nope, we haven't really done much to either motor yet as we don't wanna get parts lying around and confuse ourslevles. this weekend we're definately gonna try to do some work though, and just hope my headgasket gets here soon since it would be a huge pain to do after the motor is in the car.

do they actually call it the "one-four" over there instead of the fourteen? if so, that's odd.

You guys looked like you were making good progress on getting the motor removable when I stopped by on Saturday... how's the progress going?
