No, ask for Mr. Glenn Woods. I'm judging like I signed up for as well as Matt Petty and Rob Fleming. Tech will be handled by Glenn, G, and Bear. Registration will be Lisa. And we're hiring people for teh drift/drag events so that the Judges can actually Judge and we don't have another disaster like Moroso. Unless someone kills me at STL like the internet tells me.

you dont have to worry about drag racing in st louis, its just a drift event

Hey Mike -

They pulled that on us in Phoenix last year. We had a volunteer kid running the start line, and in the semifinals, he didn't check to see if both drivers are ready before sending them and it caused chaos (only 1 driver went, made a full pass, the other driver said he wasn't ready, we had a do-over, and the driver who went didn't have enough tires left, had to change, blah blah blah).

From then on out, they had a NOPI hired staff member at the start line and a race director in the tower at ALL times, as well as a 2nd hired NOPI staff member to run the hot pit / staging lanes (to tell people to knock off stupid stuff). That's how the remaining 6 events ran.

I don't know why they thought they could go back to having the 3 judges do everything themselves, I thought they already figured out last year that it didn't work too well... sucks. But live and learn.
