I thought it was 17,500. And considering the fact that they usually have a fuel cut 500 above that it would be 18,000. Just think where the rotary would be if there was more development money spent on it. If they can make a piston engine turn 22k in testing on F1 engines then 30k should be completely within the realm of possibility.
