i'm somewhat copying dan and tracy's cars, although theirs are a bit nicer setup due to my lack of having access to a TIG welder . i'll probably redo the coldpipe to tighten the fit up a little and to get rid of the upper coupling (that was my plan but due to lack of time/welder i have to do it this way). the hotpipe i'm actually somewhat pleased with so i'll leave that as-is.

yes, it's just stuck there for right now. i need to move it though. right now i have to prioritize stuff to be ready for saturday .

gold and black is the scheme i'm going with. the valve cover is being redone in the same color as the hotpipe/PS fluid reservoir. it's hard to see in the pics but it's a black with a ton of metallic in it, then i'll do the raised letters in gold, the center sparkplug cover in gold w/black letters. then the exterior of the car will be painted, probably some version of black or a dark metallic color.
