ive gotten e-brake bruises from sliding in a stock seat before, and I often have to stretch my legs hardcore because I get shin splints from the way my seat is set up. I think I need to move it back a hair.

i dont think it works like that, fat people are more likely to have problems with their knees ankles, and hips, due to carrying around excess weight
