I just checked and I'm actually closer than I thought (~40 minutes), but I'm totally in the same boat as Byron. Maybe if he and I both went we could combine our lack of knowledge to see how it is, haha.

awesome I dont really think anyone needs to go look at it I am already committed to coming down there so no need to waste anyones time. I can also tell its a white guy that owns it so for now I trust him and I'll take his word.
