That wheel is pretty much dick.
Also... I love Eddie. In both the Van Halen and 'the Head' varieties.

nuuu uuuh!! lol there's a few kinda yucky ones where there was a seam and somehow there was something in it so when I welded it looked gross, but I cleaned most of them up and welded back over them nicely.

The skiny: I picked up this 96 M Edition Miata from a friend. It was affectionately known as "Jr." b/c it's bigger brother was another 96 M Edition Miata that is a full track car (same color and all). This car was built from many of the spares. Fresh motor, Flyin Miata II turbo kit w/ a BB T28, Link ECU, and a few other goodies. The plan is to pull the motor, put in my 95 base Miata and put the M Edition back to stock and sell it. So keep your eyes pealed for a thread on a Miata and a lot of parts for sale.

As far as I could find on rule-books those door bars are legal. I couldn't find anything saying that the bars couldn't bend on that axis. The D/S actually has one more brace than is necessary for FD's rules. Plus for me to have done them differently because of where the hoop is(it's fairly far back) it would have put them really high up. If anyone knows otherwise let me know now before I put the thing back together, but from what I found it's all gravy.

Yeah, It was just a matter of how far back the hoop is that made me do that, and I wanted to keep the stock braces that go right there.
