Agreed.
Chad and I timed how much time it took the average car to get from the stop box to the start box; 2 - 3 minutes. And some of you tandem guys where hot lapping most of the day.

2-3 minutes? was that this weekend or the may event?

was this before or after everyone left cause it rained?
cause after the rain there were run groups with like 2 people in them.

word. it was crazy, i was at the event for awhile but i spent so much time talking to people that i hardly watched any drifting. i think i saw like 5 minutes total.

i'm totally fine with that setup again. need more tires next time, but it'll be worth it.

I like the idea of not having cones. It keeps the cone chasing down-time to a minimum. If the lines start to fade... just reapply the chalk/flour. The amount of time spent laying down chalk/flour is far less than that of chasing cones. I would, however, keep cones in strategic corners and or course clipping points.
