I was turning right from windemere to hwy 20 south and the guy in front of me went forward and actually past the intersection so I was looking to my left, I saw a gap in traffic and hit the gas. That's where I found the back of his explorer sport track since he was stopped in the shoulder.

I got a ticket from a cop that looked like Jamie McMurray and got a tow from an awesome old guy that looked like Jerry Garcia. I wish that I got a pic or him and his old ass tow truck. It was awesome. Had a great conversation with him on what seemed to take forever to go 10 miles.

Now just need to wait for the insurance claims adjuster to take a look at the truck then it's off to Timmy's shop to get repaired.

At least you were able to drive yours home. I have oil leaking from somewhere. I'll have to cut the hood off to see what it is.

HOLY CRAP jones. glad you alright. just tube it, then get nascar parts to replace the broken parts, and make it like 2x the power/torque. seems to be the cool kid thing to do now. dont forget the triangles.

seriously tho glad you ok. hope you get everything worked out in a fair time. insurance companies can be slow sometimes

It should be fixable. There's no frame damage other than the body mount that got torn off. I guess that's one of the advantages of body on frame. I really don't want to buy another truck and start over with payments again. Hopefully my insurance company will act quickly.
