I would be too, but the lack of physical keyboard kinda turns me off on it. I think I'll play with one in the store before I commit.

It has the Swipe feature that I'm pretty curious about. It looks weird but I've read good things.

I'm slowly working into swype. Finally got the demo on my phone a couple weeks ago and have been forcing myself to use it. It's pretty fuckin' cool, I'll say that. 9/10 times it will guess the right word unless it's something new. I think the larger screen on the galaxy vs what I'm used to on the G1 will make up for the lack of keyboard.

If anyone watched the Steve Jobs video yesterday, you would have heard that only 0.05% of all the iphones sold has problems with the antenna, while each iphone drops 1 more call per every 100 then the 3Gs. I haven't had any of these issues so I'm very happy. AND they're giving us a free case, even though ONLY 0.05% of customers are having problems with their antenna. That's a huge reason why I love apple. They make things right with every customer, not just the 0.05% of them.
I don't care if people call me a fanboy. I believe in a company that strive for greatness on all levels of design, technology, customer service and more, all while still having a moral obligations to all its wonderful customers. I don't know of any of company that does that, especially on the level that they do. Now if only ATT would get their crap in order, and offer the services that this phones is capable of, like tethering, facetime over 3G, and such. ATT has been the biggest downfall from these iphones from the start, but hopefully Apple can slap them right in the future.
...and i'm really tired of people talking crap about a phone they don't even own or have ever owned. That would be me saying bananas is the worse fruit ever, when I've never tasted it. Just so DUMB! That' my two cents about that.
maybe I should start making films with my iphone! I want to get a holder to put it in, that will give it more stabilization. If only I could invent it... haha

still waiting on if they update the phone if we purchase them. at the prices they are at.. the failure rate is too big of a risk to take for us. i already have crappy reception at home, i don't want to change carriers/phones and have the same problem.

I saw an article in the WSJ this morning where Apple demonstrated (with pics) how Blackberry has reception issues also with some of their phones if you hold them a certain way. Front page news.

yeah he said it was a problem with the blackberry bold 9700(my phone)
I have this case
and its pretty much the biggest thickest case you can buy I held it the same way Hand Jobs held it with no change. took the case off still no change. went into my basement still no change and I have Tmobile so reception is sketchy at best to start with.
I guess when something is wrong with your product blame everyone else to make you not look as bad?

I haven't had a single problem with my phone. Neither has Lieze.
