Which leaves Mike no way to disproove what you say. Did you take any pics? I find it hard to believe that someone would roll over after losing $3k. Three hours away or not. I would be talking to the builders immediately and taking matters further if they didn't do anything. You need to produce some proof of this so Mike can fix it, or stop trashing him in a public forum. As I have said before, Nissans are junk, so it's probably not Mike's fault.
