The smaller exhaust outlet may be for a very large wastegate.

i like how the exhaust runs right through the cabin of the car .

the reason that the exhuast is there is because it is their show car and they are also a big body shop. so basically it is just to show what they can do. and the waiste gate is a greddy type r waiste gate. not really big but verry effective. the big w/g dump tube is to freely allow the unused exhuast fumes to pass and blow flames gooder...haha
