I remember one night we were all fucking around in the vacant parking lot near Andy and Hooman's old apt. I think it was NYE a couple years back. Everyone sprinted over to the lot for fireworks and drifting cannonball style before the cops showed up. I took my GL1 (which was actually cool at the time) and was shooting some night footage of the shenanigans. I thought I was all zoomed in when people started getting really close and was terrified when I pulled away from the viewfinder to see that Andy was actually WAY closer than I thought and his car was swinging around within a few feet of me. He probably knew what was up but I didn't and it scared the shit out of me.
I shot from up on the curb for the rest of that night.

sadly, nothing from that one. i do have a bit of that OG footage we were watching in the 507 movies the other day, but never did see anything from that. i totally remember that year though, fun times!
