well, I'm losing the 240 once again! No one can figure out what is wrong with my car. The ecm is throwing a MAF code, but I've replaced the MAF, the MAF connector and the o2 censor and it still runs like shyt. The only thing we can think of is it might be a vacuum leak somewhere which I'll try to find myself. But if I'm unable to find anything I'll drive the 240 back to SC this weekend and pick up my moms Volvo again (rawk!). From there my dad's mechanics will try to fix the motor and the clutch; it still slips like mad despite me, Chad and Rohan adjusting it several times each.

I took a small vid of it the other day which I'll post as soon as I can.

I agree. i love 240s and hachi's but it is nice to see others like the volvo and El Camino getting into the mix. more power to them.

well.....it fucking figures!!! The mechanics in SC that were working on my car fell through yet again! For the last two weeks they were supposed to be fixing my air/fuel problem and my clutch. They've been telling my dad that the car is running fine and all they need to do is put in a new clutch which they finished yesterday. Here's where the problem lies. The air/fuel problem doesn't become noticeable until after the car is completely warm. And of course the schmuck only drove the car around the block to analyze it. Another words...the car has a new clutch but it's still screwed up! Even my dad is dick of these people so he suggested that we take it to the dealer but I'll probably just limp it back here on Saturday and try to fix it. If that doesn't work...I'll send it to Rohan again.

both of my mafs went out last night after attempting to clean them. So once again, the 240 is emobile (big freaking surprise! )

if anyone knows where I can pick up a MAF locally for pretty cheap, please let me know. I want to buy and pick one up today if at all possible.
