Would the Nashville Scikotics be considered "staff" if you need help with volunteers for the event? Trying to work something out with my crew. Some of them have never been to a live drift event.

yes. Volunteers are staff. Working comes before ride alongs. Most of the time it's not a problem. Actually it's never a problem.
