I don't remember anything in the rules about tubs, as long as the stock shock tower locations are used. Looks like he left the half circle on top from the fender mount so I don't think it would be an issue or under scrutiny.

you kinda need door handles. i think the tubs are fine. i think whatever he's done to the firewall is going to be OK, i'm not sure on what the 2011 rules are going to be. rumor says they are going to allow firewall modification to encourage/allow teams to run better drivetrains. he's probably going to need a core support. he needs the battery cutoff in the right location(assuming he even has one and that the battery is properly mounted somewhere). he's going to need an fia passenger seat and harness. while on the safety subject he needs some real roll bar padding not that foam noodle crap he's using. not sure what they're going to say about his fiberglass roof. i guess a few teams are using carbon fiber panels these days so they might not care. pretty sure you have to have windshield wipers.

if he wants to be competitive he's going to want to do something about those wheels and tires. VGJ and the dudes at the top of points use some seriously wide ass tires. they don't really make those for 15s.
