Congrats on getting the chance, keep us posted!

I did it. It was awesome. I will keep it short so I don't come off as an attention whore. I should have a video from it soon. Let's just say 1700 hp, supercharged big block, 1 tire weighs 3200 lbs and jumping off a 10 foot high dirt ramp, pedal to the metal with a power gilde.. I drove the Escalade and another one. I can't remember since they take the body's off for testing. I don't know if I made it in. They said they had us there cuz they already researched us and wanted us to drive for them....now it's all up to the marketing dept. You have to be able to drive and speak on camera and have the look they want. They said they may have a female Grave Digger next season and I fit the profile they are looking for. Brunette, tats, bad girl image....

I guess we will see. I will post the vid once I get it. I lost my camera my last day there, so sorry no pics :(

That would have been so fun. Good luck!

BTW, 3200lbs would be all 4 tires.

Grave Digger would kick ass....I would need an autographed 24 x 36 poster for my little boys room.

ewww. It's touching my face!

Zeus, I wish I had known about the poster, I would have gotten you a special one. We tested at the grave Digger's Dungeon which is in Dennis Anderson's back yard...literally.

Oh and I was for sure that they said the tires (and wheels, I guess) were 3200 lbs each. 3200 for all four would make them 800 lbs each. We were all joking about how 1 weighs more than my whole car. I could be wrong though.

Come on, you know I wouldn't have corrected you if I was wrong. :) There was a lot of tire talk (BS) at the Monster Truck/ DG Event we went to as well.

The whole truck only weighs around 10,000 lbs, maybe the older ones 15-18.

I asked the shop manager and you were right!!!!!

This is what he said:

Tire - 770 lbs
Wheel - 95 lbs
Truck - 11,000+ lbs

A lot of people have also been asking me if I stood up in the truck I drove. I thought that was weird, but apparently there was some TV show that showed how they use a monster truck at some point and showed that they stand up to drive. We sat down to drive. I think in different series, they set the trucks up different. We went to one at Dixie Speedway with the Monster Jam guys, not hosted by Monster Jam, and things were VERY different there.

What is this Monster Truck/DG thing you speak of???? I'm sad I missed it.

As far as standing up and driving.. it was a method kinda 'pioneered' by a couple of MotoX guys that moved into Monstertrucks that makes the truck similar to that of an ATV controls.

The Monster Truck/DG thing was when we went to Nashville SS to do stuff with MLMT.

Speaking of, Mad Mike Jones was there testing with me. For those who don't know he is a Supercross Champion and Freestyle Champion. He was sper cool to hang out with.
