well it may stand for MitsuRacing, but what the diff. is between the EVO8 and the EVO MR is the ACD (active center differential)......in other words this EVO is drift friendly. depending on where you are driving there are three settings for the ACD 1.Gravel 2.Tarmac 3.cant remeber
anyway by using these settings the EVO MR can drift on tarmac without harming any of the diffs or suspension or even the rest of the drivetrain.
so in some senses the MR can become like a FR just that it will use AWD while doing it.
