I'm not one for making excuses but I felt I had to let everyone in ATL know what was up since ive kinda let you guys down. Theres a huge part of me that really wanted to be at road atlanta and I wanted to drive so bad but heres my excuses. I was given new coilovers this season by the company called function and form. These things sucked I mine as well have put bricks where my struts belonged. They were nice enough to work with me though and sent me all kinds of springs and strut cartridges so i could fix my handling issues. I finally have it pretty sorted out and will hopefully just have to do a little fine tuning at ecb. On top of all that I've been putting a lot of time/money into my business and unfortunately haven't been getting any return out of it. It sucks and it takes a lot to admit it but I have barely been getting by lately and I wanna drive FD so bad but when you gotta pay $530 to enter and practice it takes a lot to swallow that. I also was suppose to be getting picked up by a tire sponsor and got pushed out of the way by someone who kinda stabbed me in the back. I learned a lot in the past 6 months with how cut throat people can be and how people can be like yea lets make a team together but then the moment they get an offer they somehow forget about you. To an extent I guess i'm too nice and should have listened to dans advice of keeping my mouth shut and just looking out for myself.
As we sit I have really big things going for me in 2011 that include a new car and all sorts of things. The decent part about not driving is I've had more time to work on the logistics of picking up more people to help me out. I'm also probably going to have to take the business back to just a part time thing and get a "real" job again lol. Sorry for letting any of you down and believe me I really appreciate everything everyone has done for me. Hopefully there will be a turning point sometime soon bc this shit right now blows.
