I read what he said and he is a fucking idiot! I'd post on there and tell him that but I don't want to join anymore forums so if you have a name on there put what I said and put it's from me. Hahaha

I'm sorry to say I know those guys. I'll go through the channels and see whay happens. Dave Hardy is way off base there, but sadly enough, these are the attitudes the "racing" communite puts up with.

Anyone that sat in the school with Chris Cobetto knows that he did a good job of associating drifting with the car control it actually teaches. People see drifting as a bunch of kids screwing around in a parking lot, instead of racers learning car control.

You know, DG Trials and the SCCA should think about fileing a law suit against the owner of the 240 if they lose the lots, claiming lost revenue from his actions.

Instead of all the internet nonsense. I invited the gentleman to speak to me in person to voice his concerns regarding our actions. I would definitely like to hear what he has to say as all opinions count.

i hope you guys come to an agreement, i just think he came off extremely harsh given the situation.

i don't think he's totally out of line, and i really don't think he's going to actively seek out drifters and spank their behinds either. he will vote as he will vote, and if anybody's mad about that, put a sock in your butt. the guy that pissed me off is the dude with the s2k that said drifting is a show off sport, is judged as so, and will attract showy kids that are irresponsible. that dude is not thinking.

And don't worry about saying stuff in person (which I know you don't) cause if anyone has problems with you, they have problems with me. Then I'll have to run them over with my car, and if it is not running at the time which will most likely be the case, I'll just push it over them.

Based on that guy's logic... if that same guy had wrecked his car while leaving the parking lot of the autocross... he would have lost faith in SCCA, and lost all support & hope in it as a legit motorsport?

People need to think before they post. That's just absurd.
