Went with the fam this year. Ken instantly noticed the karting setup in the back. She's been asking me about trying it for a couple of years now, but the budget just never seemed there. We talked for a long while with one of the guys about getting her started in Clone Junior this year. Mazda had an Spec MX5 racecar at their booth, and the woman who drives it apparently started out in karts at age 4 (still does some kart racing too). He introduced Ken to her, and they talked for a while. She really got the kid stoked. Handed us a few passes to The Mitty next month too. Pretty cool to see Ken so excited about it.
