You guys missed a good time, perfect weather, not many people. Erin kept the shiny side up all day, I was not so fortunate. We did almost every 5D trail, totally out to 42 miles. Will post up some videos when I have energy again.

I had to stay upright to film your falls . It's ok, toward the end of the day I did a stupid thing and got right behind you and got myself roosted. Awesome day, I'm going to pay for it tomorrow.

I was going to text but figured you were not posting in here since you couldn't go. I'll make sure to alert you for next time.

The type of riding we did would have been horrible for some one with limited riding experianced. I would rate it as cruel and usual punishment. I am for sure feeling it today, and I ride at least 3 times a month, just not gnarly single track! Erin's a fuckin animal to keep pace, stay up right, and off the trees. I just hope he feels worse than me today.

My lower back is pretty tight, and I've just popped my blisters so my hands are a little sore in spots. Other than that just general soreness all over since I haven't made use of most of those muscles in a long time. Riding those 5D's is really rough on you but so much fun, other than that damn Trail 25. Videos coming soon so you guys know what we're talking about.

Here's a short video of the last 1/4 of one of the 5 diamond trails, and this is the easier part. Actually it's one of the easier 5D's out there I think.
