of course, no note, nobody coming inside looking for the owner of the car... not a shred of decency. i can guarantee that it wasn't an issue of them not noticing either, it slid my front tire about an inch over from where my car originally sat when they did this so it had to move their car around too. if i see a red car of any kind with blue paint swapped on it anywhere it's on!
