Race of the Century Pics
For those who missed it, here's what went down...
We had 3 contenders, all in extremely high performance cars:
Andy in the hachi (sorry for the crappy pic, i was too far away and didn't even get a chance to take any others)
Myself in the 94 MX-3
and last, Chris in the 83 Prelude in full race mode
We set a "no launch" rule for the runs, however Chris had a hard time controlling all the torque that his prelude makes and kinda jumped us on the FOERST round. However, he was no match for the top end of the mx-3 and I reeled him in at the top (approx 30 mph). Andy's hachi watched patiently from a few cars back.
On round 2, Chris got a nice tire-spinning launch again, and pulled ahead too far from the start for my crazy power to take effect. Once again, Andy was a little behind.
Round 3 was the tie breaker and Chris and I both took off pretty equally. The mx-3 pulled slightly ahead by the finish line though and I had to hit the hazards to indicate my slight victory. Andy also kinda stayed behind on that one .
Here are some crappy vids taken with my still camera but they sorta get the point across (although strangely enoguh, the vids make us look like we were going fast but don't believe them). Andy will probably post better ones soon though.

you're getting a restrictor plate next time!
LOL....I can't get over how much fun that was. Congrats on your victory Cody. Perhaps if I were to add more Fanta power I could have taken you
