Have any of you guys ever sat down and watched this one?

Quote from website "We perform before and after track testing, slalom runs, ¼ mile times, dyno runs, SPL sound levels, and all sorts of performance stats. You’ll be amazed at how much knowledge you’ll gain in such a short period of time."

Its just funny with their bling guy Johhny B pimping out the cars with vinyl graphics and the performance guy putting on ractive mufflers. I guess its not all bad if your board and can't work on your own car.

isn't this the show with Twin's as Host? The only best part of the show is the tech part where they show step by step on how to build engines, put in boost gauges, water temp gauges, and so on... thats probably the only good shit they show.

yeah i saw one episode where they were doing up this busted Hyundai. They were using Magnaflow mufflers for true racing enhancement! oh yeah.

...can't be any worse than the 30 minute commercial trainwreck that Pep Boys and the Speed Channel call "Hi-Rev Tuners." What a crock.

"Hi guys! today we're installing the much needed neon in our project cavalier for that tricked out look."

How can you produce a show with a segment entitled "APC Ride of the Week" and not put a gun in your mouth?

The only people that deserve any credit on this one are the brilliant (conniving) SOB's that disguised a lengthy commercial as an informative show for idiots. They're probably the same guys that wrote the actual REAL commercials that play during the show. I doubt that anyone takes this show seriously but it's a good concept if they would just try a little, but I guess that would involve dropping APC as a sponsor and then they couldn't afford ...

...as hosts. Damnit. Watching these guys host a Tuner show is like watching Monica Kauffman trying to host an MC battle.

Sorry for the long post. I hate tv.

i agree that all "tuner" shows on now-a-days are all rice-fests. its sad how they push nitrous and neons over anything else.

I agree. However, I think that Sports Car Revolution is fairly descent despite the fact that they tuned a Kia wagon  And that Kazaar guy cracks me up.

Speaking of kias.... someone on import atlanta actually put a turbo kit on a kia rio, and it's making pretty decent power.

who knows how long that will last, though.
